1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the PocketWallet mobile application (“App”), website at https://pocketwallet.co.in/ and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”) operated by [Your Company Name / Legal Entity Name] (“we”, “us”, “our” or “PocketWallet”), a company incorporated under the laws of India.

By downloading, installing, registering or using the Platform in any manner, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately stop using the Platform.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and PocketWallet. Please read them carefully along with our Privacy Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of India, and legally capable of entering into a contract. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these criteria.

3. User Account & Registration

You must register a single account using accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Services Offered

PocketWallet provides a digital wallet for UPI payments, money transfer, recharges, bill payments, and other financial services. Location data (coarse/fine) may be used for fraud prevention, transaction validation and nearby merchant discovery (if enabled). We are not a bank; wallet balances are not deposits and do not earn interest.

5. KYC and Verification

Full access to wallet features requires successful KYC as mandated by RBI/NPCI/UIDAI. You agree to provide accurate documents and allow e-KYC verification. Incomplete KYC may limit your transaction limits.

6. Wallet, Payments & Transactions

• All transactions are final once confirmed (subject to applicable chargeback/refund policies).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of recipient details.
• We may impose limits as per RBI guidelines.
• Disputes with merchants are your responsibility; we act only as a facilitator.

7. Fees and Charges

Fees (if any) will be clearly displayed before you confirm a transaction. We reserve the right to change fees with prior notice.

8. Prohibited Activities

You shall not use the Platform for any illegal purpose, money laundering, fraud, gambling, or any activity prohibited by law or RBI/NPCI guidelines. Violation may result in immediate account suspension and reporting to authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, trademarks and technology on the Platform are owned by or licensed to PocketWallet. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes only.

10. Disclaimers

The Platform is provided “AS IS” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or 100% security of transactions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PocketWallet shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your violation of these Terms or any third-party claims.

13. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or regulatory requirements, with or without notice.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes your acceptance. Significant changes will be notified in-app or via email.
